It is not fun needing to leave a boss fight to go collect corpses and rebuild an army This is why I prefer a druid summoner to a necro summoner pre-level 35 or so (both poorly geared for comparison…first play-through of a ladder). I find the necro summons to be unacceptably fragile at lower levels. ![]() Its a client patch, so downloading it is required. “Acceptably” because they can be resummoned without a corpse or too much mana cost (maybe the cost gets out of hand at higher levels that I have never reached). Diablo 4s latest update, 1.0.4, has officially gone live and is available to download on all platforms. I’m pretty sure these synergies existed prior to whenever synergies were added to everything else (1.08? 1.09?) and work in a different way.īut yes: I find the druid summons to be acceptably fragile (even with the synergies). I was under the impression that the druid summon pets were the only exception to the hard skill point synergy restriction. Summons are really squishy, except for maybe the bear, without these synergies.Summons benefit mostly from synergies, which only happens from hard skill points, not soft ones. ![]()
